Discovery Call

I offer a complimentary 15-20-minute phone call to discover your needs and expectations so you can determine if Cozy Design Spaces is the right fit based on your budget, timeline, and scope of work.

In-Home Consultation

I perform a detailed 90-120 minute virtual or in-person assessment of your space, followed by a follow-up email with key recommendations to understand your functional needs, lifestyle, and style preferences. The consultation may also include taking specific measurements if you plan to proceed with a project. This consultation is offered at a flat rate of $175 or $250, and must be prepaid at the time of scheduling; it will be applied to the total package if you move forward with design services.

Fee Proposal

You will receive a comprehensive proposal detailing the project scope, pricing with a fee schedule, projected timeline, and terms of agreement. This proposal must be signed to proceed to the next phase of your project.

Design Concept Development

This is when the magic happens. I create design options based on your preferences and goals, present you with a digital mood board, and refine the concepts according to your feedback to tailor your space perfectly.

Source & Shop

I curate furniture, décor, and wallpaper options tailored to your space and style. You’ll receive product links and details so you can manage ordering and delivery. If you prefer, we can shop together in person, or I can source selections for you. For clients with trade discounts, we can place orders together—either online or in-store—through my trade account.

Styling & Final Touches

I’ll style your shelves and tables using existing pieces or new items from your design plan. Once your items are delivered and installed by a professional you hire, I’ll curate, arrange, and layer décor for a polished, cohesive look.

This service can be purchased by itself or added to your project scope.
